We accept any of the following payment methods; Cash, Money Order, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, or Discover. All credit card orders are processed on PayPal's secure server.

Standard Items.

All standard items can be ordered using our shopping cart. Click the "Add To Cart" button and use the drop down menu to choose the color and finish. When you are done shopping you will be directed to a secure site that will give you the shipping and payment options.

Special Orders and Custom Items.

Please contact us regarding any non standard item. Most of the items we make can be ordered in other sizes, types of wood, and colors. We will also gladly give you a quote on any other item you may be interested in.

Oversized Items.

Larger oversized items will be shipped via a freight delivery company. Please contact us for a freight quote for the Cupboards, Hutches, larger Bookcases...

Delivery Times.

Most orders take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to be built and an additional 3 to 6 days for delivery.. Special and Custom Orders may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks on top of the standard time. You will be notified if your order will be delayed beyond these times.

Shipping Methods.

All orders will be shipped fully insured. Most orders will ship UPS. If you live in an area better served by the US Postal Service, please let us know and alternative arrangements can usually be made.

Local pickup is also available.

Returns.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Any standard item may be returned within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied. You will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping. If you have any questions about your order please ask. Most of the products we sell are large and the shipping can be rather expensive.
